Stepping Stones has recently expanded to two sites and is increasing student numbers across Key Stages 2 - 5.  As such we continue to look for experienced staff across teaching, educational support and therapy.

 School Office Administrator and Annual Review Clerk

 We are looking for a Clerk to Annual Reviews, who can support the school staff to ensure meetings run smoothly and families and students feel welcomed to this yearly meeting. The school works with a variety of Local Authorities and each young persons placement is based around their Education Health Care Plan. This plan is discussed in each Annual Review meeting drawing together the young person’s progress and views of many professionals as well as the young person and their family. It is with this in mind we are seeking a professional and caring person to join our team.

Production of annual review summaries for 90 + students (c. 45% / 16 hours per week):

·         Attendance and note taking at annual reviews meetings (60-90 minutes duration)

·         Preparation of summary report and actions listing

·         Timely circulation of annual review summaries to key stakeholders (incl. head teacher and deputy).

School office administration based at our Tower Road School (c. 40% / 15 hours per week). Duties will include: First aid, answering telephones, receiving visitors, general queries, trip bookings and paperwork, maintenance of medical records and folders, signing children in and out at the beginning and end of the day, exam coursework dispatch, exam invigilation, management information system operation and input.

 Speech and Language Therapist Band 6

 

 We are seeking a full-time speech and language therapist to join our school therapy team from September 2018. Working with pupils aged 7-18 years with anxiety disorders, communication and social interaction difficulties, who follow a mainstream curriculum.
